Anyone with a connection to Evolabel; employees, former employees, partners, suppliers, or other stakeholders can report suspected misconduct.
We encourage you to report any suspected misconduct within the company that is in the public interest to bring to light. You do not need proof of your suspicion, but all reports must be submitted in good faith.
All reports are handled confidentially.
The case will first be reviewed by HR, and if necessary, forwarded to our external legal advisors.
All irrelevant personal data will be deleted, and the case will only be stored for as long as necessary.
The system ensures complete anonymity — we cannot trace who submitted the report.
You can choose to add your email address to follow the progress of your case. If you do, no one will see that the report came from you. If you prefer not to provide an email, you will receive a secure link to track the case. Investigators may ask follow-up questions, and you can respond anonymously.
